What’s in the Archive

A full snapshot of all content in the Kea Campus, including all downloadable source-code/examples/templates. A year and 4 months worth of content in one bundle.

The campus was a membership program for both experienced and aspiring software developers alike (and also Amiga computer enthusiasts). The campus has been closed to make way for other projects, but its value and legacy has been preserved in this archive.

Here’s an overview of what’s inside…

Mini Series

Kea Campus Mini Series
  • Behind The Scenes (Semi-Exclusive)
Take a peek behind the curtain, and see what happens behind the scenes at Kea Sigma Delta.
  • Building “Serious” Apps with Raylib
Think Raylib is just for games? Think again. It also makes a great multimedia library. And when paired with a GUI library like Dear ImGui, it makes a great foundation for a “serious” app.
  • Comparing C/C++ Build Systems
Want to know what it’s like to build software using various C/C++ build systems? In this series, Hans compares C/C++ build systems using actual code.
  • Growing the Campus (Exclusive)
My thoughts on how we could grow the Kea Campus into the best it can be.
  • Rapid Fire Code
Short videos on programming, C/C++, and the challenges of writing code for a living.
  • Raylib 2D Challenge
Watch as a build a proto 2D platformer using the Raylib game library.
  • SQLite Quickstart
Learn the basics of integrating an SQL database into your C/C++ app.
  • Understanding Endianness
Endianness is both a simple conceptually, and mind bending in practise. In this series you’ll learn what endianness is, how to perform conversions, and when conversions are needed.

Amiga Corner

Kea Campus Amiga Corner
  • Cross-Compiling to AmigaOS
Want to compile Amiga software on your Windows, MacOS X, or Linux machine? Or even a Raspberry Pi? Let’s get you up and running quickly…
  • Raylib on AmigaOS
How to use (and build) Raylib for AmigaOS 4. Use it to build games and serious apps.
  • Saving AmigaOS (Exclusive)
Things aren’t going so well for AmigaOS 4.x. Less and less is happening, and interest in the platform is waning. What, if anything, could be done to turn it around? I lay out my thoughts on how we could pull off “mission impossible.”
  • Writing an Amiga App using MUI
Learn why you should use MUI on AmigaOS, and the basics to get started.
