Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your cart. Estimates can be obtained via the cart and checkout pages.
We aim to ship in-stock items within 1 working day from the moment of purchase. Delivery times within New Zealand is typically a day or two. International shipping varies based on distance/destination.
Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any unopened and unused, items returned to us in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase or shipment (i.e., the day the items leave the warehouse). Faulty/broken items can also be returned within the conditions of the warranty.
IMPORTANT: You must request a return before sending the items back.
